Welcome to Ornnit Rewards (the "Program"), the official loyalty program of Mae Ornnit Thai Kitchen ("we," "us," or "our"), powered by the Toast POS platform. By enrolling in, participating in, or using the Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility & Account Creation

  • Eligibility: There is no minimum age requirement to participate in the Ornnit Rewards program.

  • Account Limit: Participation is strictly limited to one (1) Ornnit Rewards account per individual. Merging accounts or sharing accounts across multiple individuals is prohibited.

  • Enrollment: You can enroll by scanning the official QR code located on our marketing materials, via our Toast online ordering portal, or in-store at our Annandale, VA location.

2. Earning Points

  • Base Rate: Members earn one (1) point for every one dollar ($1.00) spent on eligible purchases.

  • Sign-Up Bonus: New members will automatically receive a one-time bonus of 50 points upon successful enrollment into the Program.

  • Eligible Purchases: Points are earned based on Toast’s default calculation settings:

    • Points are calculated on the pre-tax, pre-tip item subtotal.

    • Points are not earned on government taxes, delivery fees, service charges, or gratuities.

    • Points are not earned on the purchase of alcoholic beverages.

    • Points are not earned when purchasing a gift card, but points will be earned when a customer spends/redeems a gift card on an eligible order.

  • Special Occasions: From time to time, Mae Ornnit Thai Kitchen may offer double points (x2) on special occasions. Terms, dates, and eligible items for these promotional windows will be determined solely by management. Please ask staff for specific details during these events.

3. Redemption Tiers & Reward Rules

Points can be redeemed for specific menu rewards in accordance with the following tiers:

  • 150 Points => Free Drinks & Desserts (Includes drinks + toppings and desserts) that value Up to $8.00

  • 200 Points => Free Snacks & Soups (Includes appetizers and soups) that value up to $10.00

  • 400 Points => Free Entrees & Salads (Includes salad and selected entree dishes + add-ons)Up to $20.00

Redemption Restrictions:

  • Per-Visit Cap: A maximum of 400 points can be redeemed in a single visit or transaction.

  • No Combining: Rewards cannot be combined with any other rewards, loyalty discounts, coupons, or special promotions. Only one reward or discount may be applied per transaction.

  • Lowest Eligible Item Rule: If multiple items from the same tier are on the bill, the reward will automatically apply to the lowest-priced eligible item.

  • Forfeiture of Remaining Value: If a reward is applied to an item valued below the tier's maximum limit (e.g., using a 150-point reward on a $5.00 drink), the remaining value ($3.00) is permanently lost and will not be refunded, credited, or rolled over.

4. Birthday Perks

  • Active rewards members will receive a $5.00 discount reward on their birthday.

  • Birthday rewards are promotional and expire exactly fourteen (14) days after issuance if unused.

5. Platform Limitations

  • Toast Platform Only: The Ornnit Rewards program operates strictly within the Toast POS eco-system. Points can only be earned and redeemed for dine-in transactions or direct online orders placed via our official Toast online ordering site.

  • Third-Party Exclusions: Points cannot be earned, tracked, or redeemed on third-party delivery or ordering platforms (including, but not limited to, DoorDash, UberEats, and Grubhub).

6. Expiration, Modification, and Cancellation

  • Point Longevity: Earned points do not expire and will last for the lifetime of the program, provided the member account remains active.

  • Program Changes: Mae Ornnit Thai Kitchen reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, alter, suspend, or terminate the Ornnit Rewards program (including point values, redemption tiers, maximum caps, and expiration rules) at any time without prior notice.

  • Termination: In the event that the Ornnit Rewards program is officially canceled or terminated by management, all unredeemed points and rewards will immediately become void and carry no cash value.
